love this holiday season. i love it for multiple reasons. one of the reasons is the way you get to decorate your home. i love the way a room looks when it is simply lit by the twinkling of Christmas tree lights. after the kids are in bed and it is quiet, i love to sit in the living room and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of all the fun decorations.(we had a section of our tree go out..i still have to fix it. argg)
this was something new that i tried this year. the picture does not do it justice. i found these little ball ornaments. the are kind of a copper color and i love how the light reflects off of them.
of course our manger is a staple. this one my mom gave me last year. it is a family hand me down and i love it!! it is not new, and the paint is chipped, but i still love it.
these are cute little Christmas trees that i got last year. they are simple but fun. 
the best decoration of all. cute kids in front of the tree. they get big so fast!!
