ROUND ONE GOES TO LITTLE BEAR!
So Garran and I have been discussing lately how Cullan and Kael for that matter are changing so rapidly. But Cullan has really started to blossom. He has come out with such a funny little personality. He has become very sweet and loving not that he was not before. He just can express it so much clearly now. Anyways for all the sweetness he has, he has his moments of not so sweetness. Which can be frustrating but so very funny at times. Here is my example, yesterday Cullan was being a little naughty driving his dump truck on the wall instead of on the floor. We asked him a few times to stop and then Garran started to get up. He walked over to the chair and said Cullan do you need to go to time out. Cullan laid in our big brown chair and pretended to be asleep by fake snoring (the funny part was that he did not close his eyes). He was just acting like he could not see us. Usually we are pretty good and do not crack in those situations but this time we did. It was to funny. We both just started dying laughing. It was so funny. We laughed and he eventually crawled out of the chair and went and played somewhere else. Oh how funny kids could be.
We also played a very interesting game of hide and seek. We were getting the boys dressed in their room where we store our winter coats. Cullan was hiding his face behind the coats and then poking it out and we of course would say "Where is Cullan" "There he is". But after a few times Cullan did not even bother to cover his face, he just pulled the jacket so it framed his face and looked up at the ceiling. Garran would say Cullan we can see you but he would completely ignore us until we said "Where is Cullan" to which he would jump out and we would say "There he is"
Kids really are funny.
This explains why I blog so much RIGHT?
“Your journal is your autobiography, so it should be kept carefully. You are unique, and there may be incidents in your experience that are more noble and praiseworthy in their way than those recorded in any other life. …
“What could you do better for your children and your children’s children than to record the story of your life, your triumphs over adversity, your recovery after a fall, your progress when all seemed black, your rejoicing when you had finally achieved?”
Elder Spencer W Kimball!
I need to read this every morning!
"It isn't as bad as you sometimes think it is. It all works out. Don't worry. I say that to myself every morning. It all works out in the end. Put your trust in God, and move forward with faith and confidence in the future. The Lord will not forsake us. He will not forsake us. If we will put our trust in Him, if we will pray to Him, if we will live worthy of His blessings, He will hear our prayers."
-President Gordon B. Hinckley
